Our Quality Policy

Modus Architects Limited has implemented a quality management system, in accordance with ISO 9001, for the provision of architectural services to residential, commercial, institutional, local authority and  government clients.

 

We are focused on understanding and meeting client expectations, with valuable advice given when the need arises, and ensuring the quality management system is continually improved. All employees are encouraged to participate in the process of continual improvement, adopting the quality procedures and practices and working in partnership with clients, other professionals and consultants, local and statutory authorities, external contractors and building contractors to ensure that client requirements are met.

 

The following principles are adopted, and monitored as part of the quality objectives program:

  • Achieve client desired and agreed outcomes
  • Endeavour to produce architectural designs of high quality.
  • Produce robust technical drawings and information
  • Manage project costs
  • Comply with all applicable Planning policies and guidance and Buildings Regulations 
  • Comply with all applicable technical standards, including British Standards.

 

All legislative, regulatory and contractual requirements are identified and met by the company, with regular reviews undertaken to ensure these requirements are consistently met.

 

This policy is available to interested parties upon request and is communicated to our employees through a training and awareness plan. Building contractors are presented with this policy as part of their induction into each project.
