We think that design and building performance are inextricably linked. Performance strategies inform the design from a project's beginning. By blurring the line dividing inside and outside, our building designs connect people to nature, resulting in healthy, productive spaces where people engage with their surroundings. 

We approach building performance with responsiveness to each particular setting. Paying attention to sound passive design principles, we help deliver thermal comfort, natural ventilation, and daylight management. 

We endeavour to ensure that performance strategies are included in the design process from the start of every project. As a demonstration of our leadership in the building industry, we have joined Architects Declare, The Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce Climate Change Working Group, UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man and incorporate national sustainability standards into our designs.
