As our office in the Isle of Man is growing rapidly and we have a pipeline of exciting projects, we are looking to recruit experienced Architects who can work remotely as part of our permanent team. 

 Required skills and experience:

 Professional qualification as an Architect

 +5 years post qualification experience as an Architect

 Software skills required: AutoCAD, SketchUp

 Excellent communication skills, fluent in English - spoken and written.

•  Strong conceptual, design and graphic skills
•  Experience with technical detailing, construction documentation & construction administration
• Will collaborate independently with other consultants via phone or video
•  Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking 
•  Knowledge of products, materials, and construction methods in the UK
•  Exposure to management and coordination of project stakeholders, local authorities and approving bodies, and sub-consultants
•  Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team
•  Strong organisational skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
•  The ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to take the initiative in response to direction from managers
•  Great interpersonal communication skills
•  A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
